Diane Cioci first began to love bookkeeping and accounting when she took a
part time job after her two daughters were no longer toddlers. Having been
raised on a farm in New Baltimore, she thought it would be a good fit working
for a farm accountant. She was right about that, but she also found out she
loved the work. After her father had to live in a nursing home, Diane discovered
something else – she loved working with seniors and listening to the accounts of
their lives. She began working at an assisted living residence in Green, which
eventually brought her to KentRidge. Always the student, Diane has recently gone
back to school to earn her CPA designation. Diane still lives on a piece of the
family farm in New Baltimore with her husband and her cats, Bogie and Bacall.
She is the extremely proud grandma of two grandsons.
"I feel it is a privilege to talk with this generation that has
experienced so much. Their stories are incredibly interesting, and I have
learned a great deal. I am honored to serve them on the financial side, helping
them to be taken care of at a fair price."
