Mary Cobham has spent her entire 25-year career as a licensed practical nurse working in long-term care.  She began in skilled nursing and moved into restorative care, where she spent 17 years of her career.  While working in skilled nursing, she decided she wanted to turn her focus toward prevention, and in 1996, took a management position at an assisted living residence.  She has been working in assisted living ever since, and joined KentRidge as Assistant Director of Nursing three years ago.  Mary is currently pursuing a degree in gerontology from Kent State University in order to enhance her knowledge of age and aging.
