William Mills, M.D., our in-house Medical Director, visits the facility weekly.
Licensed Physician Assistant visit weekly
In-house licensed therapists 5 days per week
Licensed nurses on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week
Trained personal care providers 24 hours a day
Managing owners working within the facility daily
Dietician on staff to oversee all menus and diets
Executive chef and dietary personnel certified in Safe Serve Policies
A large variety of social and wellness programs provided daily
Criminal background checks on every employee
All employees successfully complete, meet and exceed required orientation, training and annual in-servicing mandated by the Ohio Department of Health for eligibility to work in a licensed RCF facility.
Dedicated nurse in the Special Care Unit
The staffing ratio in our Special Care Unit is 1 to 6. This ratio exceeds the state requirement for even skilled facilities, allowing us to provide the highest levels of personal care and attention for our residents with heightened needs.
KentRidge works hand-in-hand with hospice, allowing our residents to remain in their KentRidge home until the end of life.
